Went a few days ago with the wife and kids to look at some countertops and bathroom stuff. Had to leave because it was so hot in there. The ac didn't seem to be working and when I asked an employee about it they said "it has been like that for 3 years" and that "someone comes to look at it once a year and it never gets fixed" ????? How??? If anyone from corporate reads this, you need to get your act together.

Our experience as long going customers of Home Depot was disappointing to say the least. a new person we have never seen was working the register and needless to say he was terrible, no help at all and tried to start a fight and then a higher up came out and was standing up for him saying he was trying to save us money. Needless to say we will not be going back. Thanks for all the terrible customer service today which was a first but enough to not be back.

This month I am conquering a siding project. This project means a lot of decisions while trying to work on various other projects simultaneously. We are off to a great start thanks to Home Depot and Dan F. from the Pro Desk. Dan is a wealth of knowledge when it came to selecting siding and making sure we got the quality and quantity needed. This is not my first time working Dan and yet again he never fails to go above and beyond to make sure a project gets from point A all the way to Z (no matter what). Supply issues? Dan can help. Custom order? Dan can help. Got lots of questions in general? Dan can help. He is the best part of coming to Home Depot for our business and we are so thankful and appreciative for his diligence and excellent customer care.

Needed board cut. Was directed to front desk who had me go to radial arm saw to wait. Waited 15 minutes. No one showed. Call customer service since am disabled and didn't have energy to walk back to front. She finally answered after phone ringing 3 minutes. She requested second time. 10 minutes later still no one at saw. Lousy customer help. Then as I was walking out saw 2 staff. I said I had been waiting 25 minutes for board cut and one of them, a guy, said "Well your going to be waiting alot longer cause we're busy." I told him they are going to be more busy putting away the stuff I'm not going to buy. And walked out. I stopped at front desk and reported the guy as rude. The rep apologized and tried to excuse the guy as being autistic. I told her that was bull. I have masters in special education and that he used eye contact, voice inflection and a smirk. IF he has problems with interactions should either not have him working with customers or have someone with him helping but not use autism as an excuse to be rude. Then went to Lowes. Was immediately helped.

When I went earlier this week, they had a girl running the paint counter for the first time. I believe she said she was covering for an absence and she hardly knew what she was doing. She had a long line of people, but she kept her cool and did a great job! I was getting paint for touch-ups around the house, so it was important the paint matched. What I got was perfectly mixed and matched the original perfectly! Great job for a first time! Give this girl a raise!
